The very first edition of the tcs amsterdam marathon took place in 1975, and thus, on sunday, october 19, 2025, we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the event. The amsterdam marathon features numerous highlights of the course including the start and finish in the olympic stadium, the passage under the rijksmuseum, the kilometres long side the amstel and the circuit through the vondelpark.
